STEP 1
Print our Shipping Form located to the right and insure your package.
STEP 2

Pack your unit carefully using a sturdy box and at least 2 inches of packing material around your unit (double boxing recommended).

STEP 3

Ship your unit and we will contact you with an estimate of the repair or you could pre-approve the repair if you already know the average repair cost.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are estimates only and may vary by carrier, ship to location and weight of package. Delivery times are estimated, actual in transit time may vary depending on the ship to location, availability of product and policies and/or guidlines established by the shipping carrier. Hi-Tech Electronic Services, Inc. is not liable for any delay in shipment. Please refer to shipping carrier for additional information.

Warranty

All repairs have a 180 day warranty for parts and labor on services performed, but not on the entire unit. This warranty does not cover any abuse and/or liquid and/or lightning damage.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Hi-Tech Electronic Services, Inc. and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
